Salt Therapy

Breathe easier • Live freer • Feel better

Also known as halotherapy, salt therapy uses pharmaceutical-grade salt microparticles delivered via a halogenerator in our salt room. As you inhale the salt, it travels through your sinuses and respiratory system, helping to loosen mucus, clear congestion, reduce inflammation and support immune health.

Dry salt is antibacterial, antiviral and antifungal, so besides respiratory benefits, it also supports skin and overall wellness.
