Salt Therapy
Breathe easier • Live freer • Feel better
Also known as halotherapy, salt therapy uses pharmaceutical-grade salt microparticles delivered via a halogenerator in our salt room. As you inhale the salt, it travels through your sinuses and respiratory system, helping to loosen mucus, clear congestion, reduce inflammation and support immune health.
Dry salt is antibacterial, antiviral and antifungal, so besides respiratory benefits, it also supports skin and overall wellness.

Yes, one of the advantages of working with us is that we can tailor a combined wellness plan. For instance, pairing a red light mat session with your salt therapy session could enhance relaxation and overall benefit. We’ll discuss best sequencing (e.g., mat first then salt, or vice versa) during your consultation.
